Mikel Narten

MIKEL ARLEN NARTEN, aged 81 years, beloved husband for 62 years to Janet (nee Dunbar), dear father of Christopher Bruce (deceased), Jeffrey D., Beth Watts (husband Wayne) and Kara Ladaika (husband Chris), loving grandfather of 11 and great-grandfather of 5, cherished brother of Katy McGuire and the late Barbara Aring, Perry and Bruce, devoted uncle and great-uncle. Mr. Narten was the President and owner of Williard Sugar Company. He served as a Boy Scout Leader, was a volunteer for the Heights Hunger Center, and a volunteer for the Natural History Museum. In lieu of flowers, contributions suggested to the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, 10600 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH. 44106. Cremation by The DeJohn Crematory.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2009 at Disciples Christian Church, 3663 Mayfield Rd., in Cleveland Heights, Ohio at 1:00 PM. Arrangements by THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID.
