NITA M. RAMSEY (nee Caroniti) age 46, beloved wife for 12 years of Javon Ramsey; loving step-mother of Aziza Ramsey; cherished daughter of Biagio Caroniti and Nina Bennett (nee Hogue) (husband Thomas); loved step-daughter of Paul Taddeo; dearest sister of Melissa Lazar, Jessica Sistek (husband Charles) and Leah Eastman (husband Daniel); dear aunt of Bradley, Norah, Charlie and Devon; treasured granddaughter of Dalton Hogue and the late Lucille Hogue; devoted daughter-in-law of Howard and Gwendolyn Sanders and sister-in-law of Howard D.J. Sanders; admired niece, cousin and friend of many.

Nita was born October 15, 1977 in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School in 1996. Pursing an education, Nita attended Cleveland State University, where she became a member of Theta Phi Alpha. Continuing her quest, this intelligent and articulate scholar went on to obtain her bachelor's and master’s degrees in psychology from the University of Phoenix. Nita later excelled in her employment endeavors in the field of flight operations. Appreciating all types of music, she highly enjoyed listening to music and attending concerts. She was a sports fan in general, but took a fun interest in cheering for the Browns, Cavs and Indians. When she needed alone time, she went swimming, read books or played video games. Nita passed away on September 3, 2024 and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
