Richard Gaffney

RICHARD T. GAFFNEY, aged 85 years, retired So. Euclid Police Officer, dearly beloved husband for 54 years to the late Ruth (nee Sundberg), dear father of Joanne Baumgartner (husband Ken), Richard D., Frank T., Harley J. (wife Cindy) and Kathleen Jeffries, loving grandfather of Matt, Kevin, Nick and Ryan Baumgartner, Eric and Carl Gaffney, Cara and Tim Gaffney, and Renee, Caitlin and the late Mark Jeffries, devoted brother of David and the late Seville, Bernadette Bailey, Edward and Harry. Mr. Gaffney was a member of the Disabled American Veterans, and the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #80.
