ROBERT M. SHAMBERG, age 73; beloved husband of Cindy (nee Brakeman); loving step-father of Michelle Elek and Vincent Badalamenti; devoted grandfather of Adam, Ashley, Riley and Evan Elek; cherished son of the late Noah and Sarah Jane (nee Allen); dearest brother of Fred (wife Bobbie), Marge Zronek (husband Joe) and the late Ronald; dear uncle and great-uncle of many.

Born in Chicago, Robert lived in Cleveland Heights and Bedford before moving to Chagrin falls 8 years ago. He was a member of North East Yacht Club and worked as a retail distributor for McKee Foods, selling Little Debbie Snack Cakes. He enjoyed listening to 50s music, playing craps in Las Vegas, boating, white water rafting and watching sports on TV – particularly the Cubs! He was passionate about his grandchildren and toy poodle, Babette. While he was easy going and laid-back, he loved a good debate and lively discussion.
