Rosemary was born on April 30, 1933 in Cleveland and passed away on April 18, 2022. She was a resident of Chesterland since 1972 formerly residing in South Euclid. Rosemary was a parishioner of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church for 10 years and previously was a member of St. Anselm Catholic Church. She graduated from Notre Dame Academy in 1951. Rosemary’s love for her family was eternal. She loved to travel, especially to Las Vegas, Florida, California, Colorado or going on a cruise. You could find her playing the slot machines, bingo, or watching an Indians or Browns game, but Rosemary’s most favorite thing to do was to be in the presence of her children and grandchildren, either just visiting, attending a school performance, sports game or beating them at a hand of rummy. She loved baking her cheesecake, apricot torte, pork chops and stuffed cabbage for her family. Everyone in Chesterland remembers Rosemary’s friendly face behind the bakery counter at Giant Eagle for 27 years. Rosemary will be remembered most as an always happy, smiling, positive and friendly social woman. She loved to laugh and loved unconditionally and endlessly. Rosemary was a devoted wife, loving mother, and doting grandmother and great-grandmother and was devoted to her Catholic faith. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
