SR. ANNAMAE DANNES, OCD, aged 68 years, Prioress of the Carmel of the Holy Family from 2005 until the present, beloved daughter of the late Theodore J. and Anne Pahorecky and step-daughter of the late Helen Brown Dannes, dear step-sister of Allen Brown and Fred Brown (of AZ.), survived by many loving cousins, cherished friends and Sister to the Carmelite Sisters with whom she shared 42 years of her life. Sr. Annamae entered the Carmelites in 1968, was Professed in 1970, and served multiple terms in a leadership role for the Carmelite Communities Associated and the Association of Contemplative Sisters.

A Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, May 13, 2010 in the Chapel of the Carmelite Monastery at 10:00 AM. Burial following in Calvary Cemetery.

Family and friends will be received to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Sr. Annamae at the Carmelite Monastery on WEDNESDAY from 3:00 – 5:00 AND 7:00 – 9:00 PM. Funeral conducted by The DeJohn-Flynn-Mylott Funeral Home.
