THERESA KULBOKAS (nee Giallombardo), aged 92 years, beloved wife of the late John J., dearest mother of Diane Johnston (husband Brian), Carol Crane (husband Terence) and Maryann Hoffert (husband Gregory), loving grandmother of Kristen Mignogna (husband Shane), Megan Kayser (husband Chad), William and Steven Whitlow, treasured great-grandmother of Brian Matthew and Carly Jill Mignogna, cherished sister of Joseph Giallombardo, Rose Corniello and the late Bessie Pintagro, twins Frank G. and Phillip Giallombardo, and Basil Giallombardo, devoted aunt and grand-aunt.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 4, 2011 at the funeral home at 10:30 A.M. Burial following in All Souls Cemetery.

The Family will receive friends to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Theresa at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just East of Green Rd.) SUNDAY 2:00 – 6:00 P.M.
