Thomas Neubecker

THOMAS F. NEUBECKER 88, of Cleveland Heights passed peacefully at Windsor Heights Alzheimer’s Special Care Center on January 30, 2016. Survived by his wife of 66 years, Florence (Pugely); sons Mark (Sharon), Thomas (dec.), Christopher (Audrey) and daughter Joan, grandchildren Joseph (Whitney), Luke, Andrew (Courtney), Daniel, John and Joshua, great-grandson Anderson and great-granddaughter Pippa.
