Timothy E. Szczepinski

TIMOTHY E. SZCZEPINSKI age 67, loving father of TJ (wife Rachel) and Kyle; cherished son of Loretta Ann (nee Pucel) and the late Robert; dearest brother of Denice Ritondaro (husband Nicholas), Michael (wife Catherine), RJ (wife Lynn) and Lorrie Ann Frazier (husband Michael); dear nephew, uncle, gruncle and friend of many. Survived by his grand-dog Casper.

On May 22, 1958, Robert and Loretta Ann Szczepinski welcomed their newborn son, Timothy, into the world in Cleveland, Ohio. They proudly watched him graduate from Lake Catholic High School in 1976 and then from John Carroll University with a bachelors in accounting.

Always a friendly and positive person who loved to talk with people, Tim excelled as an accountant and a sales representative in the insurance industry.

Taking time away from work, he treasured long weekends and other extended times spent with family at New York’s Lake Chautauqua. He enjoyed woodworking, listening to polka music and making people laugh. Tim was also an avid Indians and Browns fan, no matter how the season ended. Tim’s faith was an important aspect of his life, attending St. Anselm Catholic Church where he was active as a funeral server.

Tim passed away on July 10, 2025. He touched the lives of many people, making everyone feel special. His devoted family will lovingly remember his sense of humor, warm smile and the wisdom he shared throughout his life.

Mass of Christian Burial Friday, July 18, 2025 at St. Anselm Catholic Church, 12969 Chillicothe Road, Chesterland, OH at 10AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Tim at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND 12811 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.) THURSDAY 4-8PM.
