Tomislav Susnjara, 36, of Eastlake. Beloved son of Ante and Gordana; dear brother of Anita Lembach (Chris), Angela Hoover (Phillip), Ante (Denise), Maria Rulek (Marko); grandson of Mile Brkic; nephew, uncle and cousin of many in the U.S. and Croatia.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Tomislav at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON RD. (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91), Tuesday, Jan. 9 from 4-8pm. Funeral Mass Wednesday, 10am at St. Paul Croatian Church, 1369 E. 40 St., Cleveland (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Interment All Souls Cemetery.
