VITTORIO "VICTOR" BRUNETTI, aged 58 years, loving life-partner of Mary Armstrong, beloved father of Tracy (Joe), Jennifer (Claudio), Lisa (Brian) and Nicole Brunetti, step- father of Jerry (deceased) and Jeff (Emily) Armstrong, devoted Nonno to Matteo, Sabrina, Giuliana and Giada, and grandpa to Lorelei and Landon, cherished son of Angela (nee Pinto) and the late Giuseppe, treasured brother of Lina Brunetti, fond cousin and friend to many.
Vittorio Brunetti lived a life defined by love, laughter, and unwavering dedication to his family. Born and raised in Oratino, a small village in Italy, Vittorio's family immigrated to Cleveland in 1972, carrying with him the values of hard work, humility, and family that guided him throughout his life. He graduated from Brush High School and went on to work as a Senior Maintenance professional, a role that reflected his tireless work ethic and his natural ability to fix just about anything.
Known for his humor, kindness, and generosity, Vittorio was a friend to everyone he met and never hesitated to lend a helping hand. He sacrificed so much to support his daughters, stepsons, and grandchildren, always putting their needs before his own. His strength and determination were evident in every role he played - especially after his diagnosis with ALS in March of this year, a battle he faced with courage and grace.
Vittorio loved the simple things in life: fixing cars, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on his Cleveland sports teams. No matter how challenging the season, his loyalty to the Browns never wavered, and he made sure his daughters proudly rooted for them year after year.
Above all else, Vittorio fought hard for the people he loved. His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched, the laughter he shared, and the love he gave so freely.
Vittorio's wish was to see a cure for ALS, so that no one else would have to endure the suffering he faced. In his honor, the family kindly asks that donations be considered to the ALS Association in memory of Vittorio Brunetti.
Contributions in memory of Victor suggested to The A.L.S. Association, 1919 University Ave W., Ste 175, St. Paul, MN 55104.
