Delivery Options:
You have 2 choices when sending floral tributes from DeJohnFuneralOnline.com:
1.) You may elect to have your tribute sent directly to any DeJohn Funeral Home for a viewing, wake, funeral visitation, or memorial service. We will handle all of the details and ensure that your tribute arrives fresh, on-time, and looking beautiful.
2.) You may elect to have your tribute sent directly to any home or business address within the continental United States.
*Delivery is always included when you order from DeJohnFuneralOnline.com.

Delivery Guidelines:
Please be sure to read the following guidelines before placing your order:
1.) Without exception all orders must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the day of the requested delivery. This applies to both tributes being sent to a DeJohn Funeral Home or to a US residential or business address.
2.) All orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Saturday will not be delivered until the following Monday afternoon.
3.) If you require Same Day Delivery, please contact us at (800) 338-9489 to verify your fulfillment.
4.) Some substitution of flowers may be necessary pending seasonal availability.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that all sales made at DeJohnFuneralOnline.com are final.
Due to the expedient turnaround required by our tribute partners we are unable to accept cancellations for any reason. Please review your order carefully prior to submission.
