  2. Rev Edward Schwet :

I deepest condolences to the Wirtz family. I cherish a lot of memories during college days. Paul will be remembered in my prayers.

  3. Dr. Wirtz – I am saddened by your loss. Please know that you are not alone at this sad time and I will pray for your healing.

  4. Dominic Tortelli :

I am so sorry for your loss. Paul was a good friend and we shared many a good time while at Borromeo Seminary. It was good to see him a few years back when he came to the CSU library to pick up a book for his daughter. Paul was a very caring and kind person who really helped me while at Borromeo, his kindness was never forgotten.

  5. It was a pleasure to know Paul, as a very young man growing up. He had a maturity beyond his years and an innate sense of ‘fairness’. He brought honor to his family by his compassion and dependability.

It is with great sadness that our paths parted before I knew his fine wife and loving children.

My prayers are with you at this time of grief.

  6. Dr. Wirtz,
We are so sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
    Love,
Sarah and Misty (your “ladies of the night” at St. Johns)
