Dear Bill & staff, Many thanks with your help in preparing us for our mom’s funeral. Your compassion, patience and kindness was comforting. We were very pleased with the beautiful room used and especially impressed with her favorite “red carnations”. The suggestions of using the mausoleum versus a tent was by far the wisest. My sister and I later commented to each other that while sitting in the mausoleum how beautiful the sun was shining in on the Blessed Virgin statue behind our mom’s casket and there was a feeling of peace. The staff was attentive and helpful during the visitation hours and it was nice of you to have a thoughtful staff member personally deliver the certificates to the house. Our family used the word “perfect” for the funeral and it was from beginning to end. During a very sad and chaotic time you and your staff gave our family the slow and deliberate formality that we needed and will treasure. With respect.
