Bob and I were great freinds durning our school years. We had a lot of fun and laughs. He worked for my father at the Mayfield Pet Hospital and was well liked there. He loved his dogs and cats and he did a lot of dog trimings. He was so well liked by his classmates. He will be truely missed. So sad.

Dear Voigt Family,
My condolences to all of you on the passing of Bob. I am part of the lab animal community and new Bob through the local Central Ohio Branch of AALAS as well as his frequent visits to Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, when he was a part of the Lab Products company. Bob was always willing to help out the COBAALAS and offered his expertise when we planned our district meetings. He would also come to NCH when we needed assistance with our housing equipment. His was truly a mentor, sharing his expertise and experience on the proper workings of the equipment and providing advice for preventative maintenance.
On a personal note, I will always remember his friendship. He always had a great smile and a twinkle in his eye! He would greet me with great hugs at the national AALAS meetings, once in a crosswalk in the middle of a street!
Heaven has a new angel. He will truly be missed!
