Mass of Christian Burial for Stefan Korosec, 83, of Cleveland will be held 10 a.m. Friday October 3, 2014 at St. Mary’s Church 15519 Holmes Ave. Cleveland, OH 44110 followed by burial in All Souls Cemetery. Mr. Korosec passed away Monday September 29, 2014 at his residence. Born in Mostje, Slovenia, he had been a resident of Cleveland for 45 years. He was employed as a machinist for Elwell-Parker Co. in Cleveland for 30 years and was a member of the Primorski and Stajerski Klub.
Mr. Korosec is survived by his wife Matilda(Lokar); sons Stefan and Tony(wife Gina); granddaughters Ava and Olivia and brother Adolf. He was preceded in death by his first wife Vera (Gregoric); parents Adolf and Marija (Horvat) and brother Josef.
Family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the Zevnik-Cosic Funeral Home 28890 Chardon Rd. Willoughby Hills.
Memorial contributions in Stefan’s name may be made to St. Mary’s Church.
