STEPHEN CHARLES SHAIA age 41, cherished son of Rodney and Celeste (nee Shaia); dearest brother of Paul (wife Rachel); devoted uncle of Jordan and Adam; loving grandson of Mary (nee Abood) and the late Charles Shaia and Richard and Nellie Shaia; dear nephew, cousin and friend of many. Survived by his K-9 companion Cannon.
Stephen was born April 19, 1979 in Cleveland, OH and passed away suddenly March 2, 2021. He was a resident of Lyndhurst for the past 28 years and prior to that Richmond, VA. Stephen graduated from Brush High School in 1998 where he played basketball and attended John Carroll University. He worked as a supervisor at Amazon. Stephen was a avid Cleveland sports fan, especially the Indians and he loved to collect sports memorabilia. He will be remembered as compassionate, helping, giving, with a wonderful and generous heart. Steve was also very social, funny and had a great sense of humor. Stephen will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
