“Mr Hoo” was the BEST customer I ever waited on.He always had a genuine and contagious smile on his face-I can see it right now! He made the effort to connect with every person in the room -you could tell because everyone would be smiling by the time he walked out the door-Hoover Magic. I can’t believe he has left this world but I know he is in paradise with his beloved Bonnie who he smiled about most of all.

Ron and family,
I was unable to attend today and yesterday because of high school basketball, but wanted to share that Bill absolutely was the nicest man I ever met. I worked for Bill in the 80s at Solon Rec and he was the most caring individual ever. He will truly be missed. Ron, I only met you a few times but remember the friendship you two had. I was privileged to have worked for and been a friend of Bill’s. My condolences to you and the whole family.
